Navigating the InVideo Interface

1. Dashboard Overview

  • When you first log in to InVideo, you’ll land on the Dashboard. This is your central hub where you can access your projects, browse templates, and start new video creations. The dashboard is designed to be user-friendly, with clear options for each stage of your video creation journey.

2. Template Library

  • The Template Library is where you can choose from a wide range of pre-designed templates. Templates are categorized by purpose—social media, promotions, intros, and more. You can filter through these categories or use the search bar to find the perfect template for your needs. Templates are customizable, allowing you to tweak them to fit your style and message.

3. Media Library

  • The Media Library is your go-to place for all your video assets. Here you can upload your own images, videos, and audio files. InVideo also offers a rich stock library, including images, video clips, and music tracks that you can use in your projects. To add media to your project, simply drag and drop it onto your timeline.

4. Editing Workspace

  • The Editing Workspace is where the magic happens. This area is divided into several key sections:
    • Timeline: At the bottom of the workspace, you’ll find the timeline where you can arrange and edit your media clips. You can cut, trim, and adjust the duration of your clips here.
    • Preview Window: On the right side, the Preview Window shows you a real-time view of your video. Use this to see how your edits look before finalizing them.
    • Editor Tools: On the left, you’ll have access to various editing tools. This includes options to add text, transitions, animations, and effects. You can also adjust settings like volume and playback speed here.

5. AI Features

  • InVideo offers advanced AI features to enhance your editing process. The AI voiceover tool lets you add narration without recording yourself, while text-to-video conversion helps you create videos from written content. Explore these tools through the AI tab to streamline your workflow and add professional touches to your videos.

6. Export Options

  • When you’re ready to finalize your video, head to the Export tab. Here, you can choose your video’s resolution, format, and other settings. Depending on your plan, you can export your video with or without the InVideo watermark. Click “Export” to render your video and download it to your device.
